# 4.01 Finding unknowns

Lesson

Remembering your times tables will help you solve problems in this lesson. Let's give this problem a try.

$8\times3$8×3

## Learn

This video shows us how to find unknowns using our multiplication and division facts.

### Apply

Fill in the box with the missing number.

1. $8\times\editable{}=80$8×=80

Remember!

Turn around facts tell us that for multiplication the order doesn't matter.  So for something like $4\times5$4×5, we can also write it as $5\times4$5×4 and get the same answer.
