The Mathspace Transformative 20 is a national awards program designed to celebrate exceptional teachers and students.
We’re looking for the top 20 teachers who are shaping the future of maths education and the top 20 students who have shown a real commitment to their own development, as well as the development of others.
This is our second year running Transformative 20 - a particularly special year as 2020 marks 10 years since we started Mathspace!

We’re looking for the teachers who are exploring new and innovative ways of incorporating technology into maths education and helping students to be the best they can be.
We’re looking for the students who are taking initiative in their maths learning, who have a growth mindset, and who like to help others to be the best they can be too.

Application Criteria

We’re looking for individuals who reflect our core values - those who strive for impact, work with purpose, focus on continuous improvement, and demonstrate selflessness through their commitment to helping others.
As part of the winner selection process, we’ll also track data on teacher and student effort & input on Mathspace.
