Methods of payment

There are different methods to transfer money to another country, such as: 

• Credit cards
• Paypal
• MoneyGram
• Xe
• Bank transfers

But these become more complicated when dealing with exchange rates and different currencies.

Task 2

• Select three methods of transferring money overseas. You may choose a method that is not listed above. 
• Research each method and list the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Fill out the following table:

b) Based on your findings, state which method of payment you would prefer and explain why you have made the choice.

c) Find someone in your class that made a different choice than you did, and discuss why you both made your choices and the pros and cons of both choices. Did anything your partner said make you reconsider your choice?
